    Former University of Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore was sentenced Tuesday to 18 months of probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges stemming from a confrontation at the home of a woman with whom he had an affair. Washtenaw County District Court Judge J. Cedric Simpson imposed the sentence, which includes more than $1,000 in fines and 180 days of suspended jail time. Moore was credited with three days served and will not serve additional jail time if he complies with probation terms.
