    The National Urban League has urged Congress to delay consideration of the SCORE Act and President Trump's executive order until after the midterms to ensure meaningful input from current and former players, as the SCORE Act and executive order would transfer wealth from student-athletes to institutions and coaches, while denying athletes fair representation and limiting their ability to receive fair compensation.
