    Offspring’s ‘House of ZX’ Charts the Evolution of Famed adidas Running Franchise

    Despite being two weeks into January, adidas is wasting no time in teasing the models it is set to focus on in 2026. Alongside new collaborations and restocks of popular editions, the sneaker brand has announced a new partnership with retailer Offspring to launch a digital platform centered around the ZX franchise. Dubbed House of ZX, the dedicated hub will act as the go-to destination for sneakerheads to delve into the world of the ‘80s-born running silhouette – from the evolution of its design features to announcing upcoming drops. In “The Archive” section, Offspring starts by mapping out the silhouette’s history with a catalogue of its most iconic editions, such as the 2021 A - ZX collection and various other ZX collaborations. In addition to finding out about its history, fans can also look forward to exclusive interviews with adidas collectors as well as other familiar industry faces in "The Platform," seeing the retailer continue to put community at the forefront of its activations.As a long-standing member of the sneaker scene, Offspring senior manager Aman Tak shared his excitement for the new hub saying, “The ZX franchise has huge affinity with the UK amongst the old heads and new, so the House of ZX will act as point of nostalgia, education and curation for all.”Coinciding with the launch of House of ZX, adidas has unveiled a special “Made in Germany” edition of the ZX 8000.
