    Former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez was allegedly under the influence of cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana and alcohol when he initiated a violent confrontation with a 69-year-old truck driver in Indianapolis last October, according to a civil court filing by the victim’s attorneys. The allegations stem from an Oct. 4, 2025, incident at a hotel loading dock where Sanchez, 39, is accused of entering Perry Tole’s truck without permission, blocking his path and shoving him, prompting Tole to defend himself with pepper spray and a knife.
