    By Alyssa Brown The Institute of Museum and Library Services awarded $1,725,261 in discretionary grants to eight historically Black colleges and universities and one HBCU alliance in fiscal year 2025, funding projects ranging from archive preservation to disaster preparedness at institutions across the South.
