    By Bridget Bowman Hours after federal immigration agents killed a man in Minneapolis, the top Democrats running for U.S. Senate in Texas appeared on a debate stage together and both called for overhauling Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Just minutes into the debate between Rep. Jasmine Crockett and state Rep.
