    The internet had another completely normal day, until Australian fitness model Taylor Banks decided to upload a workout video that basically broke everyone’s scrolling thumb. The video appeared on Instagram, and within minutes people were staring at their phones like they had just discovered Wi-Fi for the first time. Why? Because Taylor Banks demonstrated what she called an important fitness lesson: hip mobility. Now normally when trainers talk about hip mobility, they mean boring stretches, maybe a squat, maybe a slow yoga pose.
