Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has called out fellow actor Zubby Michael over an alleged attempt to use the title of her upcoming movie, Queen of Guns, for another film.

Okorie made the allegation in a viral video, claiming that her recent pictures used in promoting Queen of Guns were allegedly used to create a poster for an older movie that was later uploaded on YouTube with the same title.

Angela Okorie speaks on alleged title duplication

The actress criticised people in the movie industry whom she accused of copying her ideas and style, while insisting that she does not associate with certain individuals in the industry.

When I talk, they will say, Angela, is troublesome person? Angela, is No, I don’t have that time.

“If you look at my pictures and look at my videos, you see, I don’t even like to mingle with some people in the industry.

“Because they are all fuck ass. They are a useless set of people who have never carved a niche for themselves. They live their life on copycat.

“So what I do right now is, when I see you copy me, you do everything that has to with me. Or you act like me, I’ll block your fucking ass.

“You know, because I’m still the number one, the champion, the only Queen of Guns.

“Okay. Queen of Guns is not out yet. It’s not out on YouTube.

“It’s not out on anywhere. It’s not out on Netflix. It’s not out on the cinemas.

“It’s not anywhere yet. My Manchester fans are the first people who will watch Queen of Guns before we head to other states and cities.

“Now, if you go YouTube and you tap Queen of Guns You will see that they have gone to use my recent pictures That I was using to shoot the movie Queen of Guns And then made a poster And brought old movie that they have shot over 10 years ago And called it Queen of Guns.

“How can people be this wicked?

“Is this no witchcraft? Is this no wickedness? because when I talk now, they will use government to fight me.

“Ever since I started to shoot this movie, they’ll be using government to fight me because they know they can’t come alone. They have to team up, you know, that’s how powerful I am. They’ll have to team up.

“You have to team up, of course. Even when you come, like, if you like team up in one billion ways, you can’t do shit. You can’t do shit.

“The hand of God is upon my life And there is nothing y’all can do.

“Zubby even you accepted that kind of a thing. How dare you?

“You shot a movie. You have a working title my friend. Why did you not use your workers working title To push your workers room And pile of film that y’all be shooting?

“That movie is what I shot With almost 100 million naira. And mine is trademarked. Mine is not released anywhere.

“But because you see that the name has traveled far All of you Got that place.

“But we are queen of guns Because you people don’t have a life. I’m the one giving you guys life.

“I’m the number one, the champion. Whether you all like it or not, You can’t stand my straight credibility.

“Any place I fall in Then know who pass who. We know they drag to be number one.

“If you come out for streets You know who will be number one. We know who big pass.

“You went to shoot a white cast room and palo film and call it Queen of Gods on YouTube?

“That’s the reason I had to even trademark my own name.”

Okorie further claimed that she had invested almost ₦100 million in her Queen of Guns project and said the title had been trademarked.

She also maintained that her movie had not been officially released on YouTube, Netflix, cinemas or any other platform.

According to the actress, her fans in Manchester would be the first audience to watch the movie before its screening extends to other states and cities.

Her comments have since drawn attention online, particularly over her allegation that an older film was uploaded on YouTube under the Queen of Guns title while using recent images associated with her project.

Okorie also directly questioned Zubby Michael over the alleged use of the title, asking why the older film’s working title was not retained.

She insisted that she remains the “number one” and “only Queen of Guns”, while accusing unnamed individuals in the industry of attempting to undermine her project.
