    ‎In an X post, he disclosed that while working at Stanbic IBTC from 2014 to 2016, the Head of Customer Experience was a female.

    ‎Identified as @Olawoleaa on X (formerly Twitter), he disclosed that any staff member who addressed her by any name aside from Bolanle was fined ₦1,000.

    ‎According to the ex-banker, payment of the fine was mandatory.

    ‎”If you address Bolanle other than her 1st name, she will collect 1k from you, and you must drop it, the more you call Ma, the more your 1k”, He added.

    ‎This development comes amid a viral video of Tony Elumelu addressing a lady who called him by his first name at the UBA Graduate Management Accelerated Programme graduation ceremony.
