    Even during a heatwave, New Yorkers were in line for the SKYLRK pop-up for 12 hours before the doors opened; by the time the brand's first-ever New York City outpost let in its first guests of the day, there were hundreds in line down 10th Avenue. That's the Justin Bieber effect.Earlier this week, Bieber announced the brand would be popping up in NYC for five days to showcase apparel, accessories, and footwear, as well as debut SKYLRK AUDIO. Following brick-and-mortar presences in Tokyo and Indio, California, with Coachella's SKYLRK Oasis, the Manhattan moment marks another milestone for the Bieber-helmed label, as it continues to expand its reach, bringing its dialed-in design language to more creative mediums.A dedicated audio arm feels like a natural extension of the brand's visual identity, which, of course, also extends to every aspect of the pop-up. In true SKYLRK fashion, the space is one you want to spend time in. Doused in a light green hue throughout, the store is more of an exhibit than a retail space. Upon entry, a large geodesic-inspired installation greets guests, and expansive LED screens line the walls, rotating through the easy-on-the-eyes SKYLRK visuals. Modular green walls are stamped with branded hits (ideal for photo ops), and a Blank Street booth is hidden in the back.The most recent SKYLRK apparel is scattered about the store, including hoodies, waffle shorts, T-shirts, boxers, soccer shorts, socks, skullcaps, and sweats. Exclusive apparel released just for the pop-up is also available, with "SKYLRK 60 Tenth Avenue" stamped on hoodies and tees.Eyewear is set up on one of the modular displays in the back, spanning the classic silhouettes – the Speed Demon being one of them – and a handful of new models. The latest SKYLRK sneaker lands in its full suite of colorways, with the more casual Sunken Mules and statement Beach Slides also on-site.On the other side of the store, next to the JUICE portable chargers and phone cases, is the first-ever SKYLRK AUDIO foray. The centerfold is a magnetic portable speaker clearly lifted from the SKYLRK universe, that surfaces in a few different colorways, fitting seamlessly into the immersive retail space.
