Born and raised in Venice, California, ROE is a Grammy Award-winning vocalist and songwriter signed to Universal Music Publishing Group, known for her rich, melodic vocals and skilled pen. A natural performer, ROE has been singing since the age of 5 and signed her first record deal at just 15 years old. From early on, it was clear she was destined for the spotlight—though for years, she made her mark working behind the scenes.
