    Super Falcons and Brighton goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has celebrated the club’s historic fit of reaching their first ever Women’s FA Cup final following their dramatic comeback win over Liverpool Women.

    Brighton fought back from two goals down to secure a thrilling 3-2 win at BrewDog Stadium on Sunday, with Nadine Noordam scoring a stoppage-time winner to seal a famous result.

    Nnadozie reacts after historic victory

    The Nigerian goalkeeper has played a major role in Brighton’s run to the final, keeping clean sheets in her previous two FA Cup appearances before producing another strong performance in the semi-final.

    After the match, Nnadozie shared her excitement on social media as Brighton booked their place at Wembley.

    “We are going to Wembley. Straight into the FA Cup finals. Super proud of this team. I give God the glory,” she wrote on her official X account.

    Brighton complete dramatic comeback

    Liverpool had looked on course for victory after goals from Denise O’Sullivan and Beata Olsson gave them a two-goal advantage.

    However, Brighton responded strongly through Manuela Vanegas before Madison Haley equalised in the second half.

    With extra time looming, Noordam struck in the 95th minute to complete the turnaround and spark wild celebrations among Brighton players and supporters.

    Wembley final awaits

    Brighton will now prepare for the biggest game in the club’s history as they face Manchester City Women in the Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium.
