Key Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overall flight operations, safety, and efficiency. Core responsibilities include:

1. Creating and tracking operational and ATS flight plans.

2. Analysing weather and optimising routes and fuel economy.

3. Maintaining a constant flying watch and tracking flight progress.

4. Coordinate with pilots, ATC, and ground operations personnel.

5. Handling delays, diversions, and emergencies.

6. Ensure compliance with NCAA and ICAO standards.

7. Ensuring operational safety and performance.

Air Peace Airlines Recruitment 2026 Requirements and Qualifications

Air Peace is looking for experienced and qualified experts with strong technical skills. To qualify, applicants must have:

• B.Sc, HND, or equivalent qualification
• Valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher License
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a qualified Flight Dispatcher.
• Strong understanding of weather analysis and flight planning systems.
• Understanding the NCAA regulations and ICAO standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation software tools
• Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24-hour workplace.

Salary and Benefits

This position provides a competitive salary structure that reflects the technical nature of the job and the level of responsibility required.

• Salary range: ₦365,000-₦900,000 per month

Openings are available throughout different operating centres in Nigeria, providing candidates with flexibility based on location.

Lagos, Abuja, Gombe, Ibadan, Owerri, Enugu, Benin, Asaba, Port Harcourt, Yola, Anambra, Osubi, Maiduguri, Ilorin, Akure, Akwa Ibom, and Kaduna.
