Copenhagen-based label Wood Wood has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 collection, titled "Field Studies," taking creative cues from the rugged landscapes and silent stillness of the Nordic Highlands.Led by Creative Director Brian SS Jensen and Head of Design Gitte Wetter, the seasonal lineup explores the tension between local rural communities and city-dwelling outsiders. This thematic narrative translates into a relaxed, layered visual aesthetic, captured in a lookbook featuring models gathered in timber-paneled cabins and rustic outdoor settings. The mainline assortment balances traditional Scandinavian design with functional outdoor wear, offering a rich color palette of pine greens, earthy browns and washed plums offset by vibrant accents of olive and soft pink.Key outerwear styles include oversized wool coats, padded cropped jackets, technical puffers and '70s-inspired leather jackets complete with shearling collars. These are paired alongside two-tone knitwear in bouclé and alpaca blends, reworked Nordic tartans, corduroy layers and updated denim options spanning straight fits with a subtle flare to heavier, scruffed classic models.Concurrently, Wood Wood's Double A diffusion line channels a street-driven sub-universe, introducing heavy cotton knits, padded nylon coach jackets, lumberjack overshirts, and new pant fits, such as a five-pocket barrel trouser and a heavy canvas straight fit, accented by orientation and navigation graphics.Check out the highlighted pieces in the lookbook above. The FW26 "Field Studies" collection is officially available now via Wood Wood's flagship, online and select global stockists. View this post on Instagram
