    The voices of thousands of believers echoed across Guyana’s National Stadium singing with a joyful noise on July 7, during the One Guyana Worship Experience, hosted by the Guyana Government and Ministry of Tourism Industry and Commerce. Themed as "one nation, one voice," as part of the country’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations, the powerful crowd that united for hope and healing roared when Minister of Public Works Bishop Juan Edghill, shouted “Halleluiah, tonight we will bow-down to only one God to be worshiped." "Almighty God, we give thanks to you for this great opportunity you have given us to come together as Guyanese brothers and sisters from all walks of life to worship and praise the lord," Edghill said. "We thank you for this initiative that come from the Government of Guyana. We lift our hands, and we say thank you lord, he expressed." Thank you, Bishop Edghill, for working with the churches, different denominations, and organizations so we could be here this evening.” The riveting, memorable evening of worship was punctuated by heartfelt, emotional singing against a backdrop of spirited music from a live string band. Sensational gospel artists — including Samuel Medas, Timothy Edwards, and Renwick Dewsbury — revved up the massive crowd with popular hymns. The Golden Arrowhead Guyana flag was also waved, in glory to God. Additionally, Faith Corrica Nedd, Solid Youth, Joanna Singh, Naomi Raine, Sinach, positive and praise dancers, and others, fueled by energetic emcees Jasmine, Gita, and Richie, left churchgoers faithfully fulfilled.
