    An alleged salary offer document of Moniepoint has surfaced online, sparking widespread reactions amid the CEO’s call for global talent standards.

    The document was shared by @unkleAyo on the microblogging platform X (formerly Twitter), who claimed it is a Quality Assurance role package within the company.

    According to the post, the annual salary is about ₦1.9 million, a figure that quickly triggered reactions across social media.

    “This is currently circulated as what Moniepoint offers for a Quality Assurance role. ₦1.9M per year,” the user wrote.

    The user further broke down the figure, comparing it to global earnings.

    For granular context: This is $1,300 USD for the entire year. $115 per month. Then their CEO have the boldness to say, there’s no global talent. Just imagine,” he added.

    Alleged Employment Terms

    The circulating document also outlined standard employment conditions, including working hours from 8am to 5pm, with the possibility of additional hours depending on job demands.

    It stated that extra hours may not attract additional pay unless approved at the company’s discretion.

    It also noted that employees are expected to fully dedicate their attention to duties, attend meetings, and comply with company policies.

    Salary Structure Details

    Under the alleged offer letter, the base compensation was listed at approximately ₦1,894,736 annually, subject to deductions.

    The package also reportedly included a performance bonus ranging from 0% to 50% of base salary depending on evaluation.
