Temporal Works has expanded its horological lineup with the Series A: Rambler, a rugged gentleman’s watch designed to transition seamlessly from city streets to the open countryside. Building on the refined elegance of the original Series A collection, the Rambler adopts a more tactile and purposeful aesthetic through a bead-blasted stainless steel monobloc case. The 37mm case, which measures just 10mm thick with a 45mm lug-to-lug width, draws direct inspiration from the classical proportions of the Patek Philippe 565 to achieve a timeless balance of presence and wearability. Created by founders Mark Cho and Elliot Hammer as the ultimate travel companion, the 50-meter water-resistant timepiece is intentionally engineered to be a dependable companion for daily exploration. The Rambler features a highly legible, segmented dial design available in two distinct colorways: a classic "Black Sesame" and a rich "Red Bean". Taking cues from vintage pilot references, the watch utilizes bold, graphic hands that provide unambiguous timekeeping, further aided by generous applications of Super-LumiNova on the hour hand, minute hand, and the outer track. Shielded by a dual anti-reflective sapphire crystal, the dial is driven by a reliable Sellita SW210-1 b D4 manual-winding caliber. This 18-jewel mechanical movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour, delivering a 42-hour power reserve and an accuracy rating of +/-20 seconds per day behind a closed, logo-engraved steel caseback. To complement each specific dial, Temporal Works has curated specialized strap pairings for the release. The "Black Sesame" model comes equipped with an olive canvas strap, while the "Red Bean" variant is matched with a soft grey Jean Rousseau Alcantara strap, with both configurations also including a versatile NATO strap option. For those preferring steel, a custom bead-blasted Staib bracelet featuring easily removable links and up to 18mm of adjustability is available separately for $250 USD. Retailing at $2,500 USD, the new watches are available online and in-store at The Armoury locations in New York City and Hong Kong.
