Nollywood actor Stan Nze has expressed frustration over reports of theft during the recent service of songs held for late Alexx Ekubo in Lekki, Lagos State.

This comes after reports made rounds alleging that the phone of the actress, Bam Bam was stolen at the event.

In a video shared online, the actor lamented that several attendees allegedly had their phones stolen while people had gathered to mourn and support one another.

According to him, more than five phones were reported missing during the event.

Nze used the incident to reflect on broader societal issues, arguing that citizens also have a responsibility to uphold values and integrity.

He noted that while many Nigerians often criticise political leaders and government institutions, unethical behaviour among ordinary citizens contributes to the challenges facing the country.

    His words …

“How can you come to a service of songs where people are mourning and grieving for the late Alexx Ekubo and you steål phones? More than five phones were missing yesterday.
We are always complaining about the government, but if we chase everyone from the government, who will enter there? Still the citizens”
