    REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NO. 26-34

    Port Authority of Allegheny County d/b/a Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) is requesting information for the following service:

    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

    Replacement Consideration Phase

    The Request for Information (RFI) costs of gathering Information on the following.

    Pittsburgh Regional Transit is currently on the PeopleSoft system that supports Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Payroll, Financials, and some budgeting and inventory activities. The goal is to consider

    options such as:

    1) Move to a new comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (preferred) or a combination of systems that best supports PRT’s current and future operational activities;

    OR

    2) Move to cloud-based version of PeopleSoft or PeopleSoft Fusion product;

    OR

    3) Continue to utilize the current PeopleSoft on-premises product with enhancements.

    The goal for this RFI solicitation is to allow PRT to gather the proper information from the market on available ERP software options. No contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. This RFI includes specific questions and high-level expectations to satisfy the unique needs of PRT. A firm or organization’s response to the RFI, or lack thereof, will have no impact on the review or evaluation of responses to any future solicitations.

    A copy of the Request for Information (RFI) will be available on or after July 28, 2026 and can be obtained by registering at the PRT’s ebusiness website: http://ebusiness.ridePRT.org and following the directions listed on the website. Please note that Proposers must register under the ebusiness category(ies) of MISC, PROF, PSITS, PSSC for this RFP. Proposers may also register in other categories for any future RFPs issued by PRT.     Electronic proposals must be both received, and time stamped by a

    representative of the Procurement Department through PRT’s Ebusiness website at or before 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, August 31, 2026, at http://ebusiness.ridePRT.org. Proposals received or time stamped by a Procurement Department representative through PRT’s Ebusiness website after the advertised time for the submission of proposals shall be non-responsive and therefore ineligible for award. Each Proposer shall be solely responsible for assuring that its proposal is timely received and time stamped in accordance with the requirements herein.

    Further, proposers and the Contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, disability, national origin, sex, sexual origin, gender identity or status as a parent in the award and performance of contracts or subcontracts for these Contract Services

    1.The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh (“Authority”) shall accept sealed bids for the performance of the work described below (the “Work”) at its office at 232 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15222, until 1:00p.m. local time on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

    2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Project entails the Installation of a fully vented exterior soffit over an existing soffit.

    3. The Solicitation for Bid including Introduction to Bidders, Form of Bid, Scope of Work, and meeting information will be made available after 3:00 p.m. local time on Monday, August 17, 2026, on the Authority’s website at www.pittsburghparking.com

    5. Sealed bids must be dropped off to the Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh at 232 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, no later than 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026. Bids received prior to the deadline will be publicly opened and read at that time.

    7. The Authority reserves the right to in its sole discretion, (i) change, at any time prior to the bid deadline at 1:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, September 10, the Contract Documents; (ii) waive any defect, irregularities, or informality in any or all submitted bids; and (iii) reject any or all submitted bids.
