James Harden‘s Texas gun case gets dropped. The dismissal request was filed by the Harris County District Attorney on Thursday. According to the prosecution, Harden fulfilled a “alternative resolution agreement.” The first to report was the California Post. Although the terms of the agreement are unknown, a court approved the request and dismissed the case on Thursday, so by the time the NBA season begins in the fall, Harden won’t have to worry about the lawsuit. On June 13, Harden was taken into custody in Houston after authorities said he had a firearm in his car during a traffic encounter.
