According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, a grand jury in the Northern District of Ohio charged each of them with three counts of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Federal prosecutors allege the Parkers misled “victim investors” by promising profitable real estate deals, particularly involving properties in Cleveland’s East Side. The indictment claims they told investors they would help buy and rehab properties that could generate returns of 20% or more within months through rental income. Prosecutors described the alleged operation as a Ponzi scheme, saying investor money was instead used to support the couple’s lifestyle. The charges follow years of public allegations against the couple. In 2023, The Inquirer investigated claims from former clients who said they paid for mentorships or invested in properties that were never delivered, were condemned, or were not actually owned by the Parkers. The couple had built a large social media following by promoting wealth-building seminars, one-on-one mentorships, and real estate investment opportunities. Earlier reporting also described how the Parkers sold the image of a luxury lifestyle, including private planes, luxury cars, and a mansion, while pitching followers on distressed real estate investing. Some seminars reportedly cost between $97 and $297, with higher-priced mentorships and investment opportunities offered afterward. The Parkers have also faced civil litigation. A federal RICO lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania named Greg Parker, Danielle “Nikki” Parker, and several related companies as defendants, alleging racketeering-related claims. Court records show that case was filed in December 2023. #blackmillionaires #blackmillionairespodcast #jameshilltv #bigbizzneesss
