    A Nigerian farmer has recounted how he handled the death of a goat on his farm, grabbing attention online.


    In a now-viral X post, the farmer cited uncertainty over the goat’s death and ordered his staff to take a meat sample for laboratory testing.

    ‎Meanwhile, he ordered his staff to bury the remains in his presence.

    ‎In an unexpected twist, CCTV footage showed his staff digging up the remains, cooking them, and sharing them among themselves.

    ‎The farmer, who goes by the X handle, @kemigbwnga, disclosed that after watching the CCTV footage, he decided to teach his staff a lesson.

    ‎However, he informed them that the test results showed the goat died from Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), sparking panic.

    ‎Meanwhile, he reminded the staff that complying with farm procedures is obligatory and instructed them to fast for three days.

    ‎The tweet, which has gone viral online, has drawn reactions from users on X.
