Galatasaray are planning to reinforce their attack by identifying two strikers they believe could complement Victor Osimhen ahead of the new season.

The Turkish champions are evaluating forward additions as part of a broader squad restructuring, with the aim of improving depth and flexibility in the final third.

The move comes amid ongoing transfer speculation around Osimhen himself, although the Nigerian striker has publicly dismissed suggestions of an imminent departure from the club.

Duran and Kolo Muani on shortlist

According to Galatasaray reporter Burhan Can Terzi, the club’s recruitment team has narrowed its focus to two main attacking targets: Jhon Duran of Fenerbahçe and Randal Kolo Muani of Paris Saint-Germain.

“The two names that Galatasaray are most keenly considering as strikers to partner and support Osimhen are Jhon Duran and Kolo Muani,” Terzi said, as quoted via habersarikirmizi.

He added that club officials are leaning toward Duran due to financial considerations, noting: “Galatasaray management is favourably inclined towards Jhon Duran due to his affordable cost.”

Duran has attracted attention in the Turkish Super Lig for his physical presence and direct attacking style, while Kolo Muani remains a high-profile option with experience in top European competitions.

    Osimhen remains central to plans

Despite persistent transfer rumours linking Victor Osimhen with a possible exit this summer, the striker has reiterated his commitment to Galatasaray, insisting he intends to remain with the reigning league champions.

Osimhen’s presence remains central to the club’s long-term planning as they look to build a more dynamic attack around him rather than replace him.
