    Florida State University kicker Conor McAneney was arrested Wednesday in Fort Lauderdale on felony charges including battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence, authorities said. McAneney, a 20-year-old sophomore from Plumbridge, Northern Ireland, was taken into custody around 2:30 a.m. at Rock Bar on Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, according to Fort Lauderdale police and Broward County jail records. Police said McAneney had been removed from multiple bars during the evening for causing disturbances. At Rock Bar, he was trespassed from the property.
