    Teesa Mpagi, the fiancée of Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Antoine Winfield Jr., sprang into action Saturday to help a woman struck by a car outside BMO Stadium. Mpagi was aboard the friends-and-family bus headed to the Fanatics Flag Football Classic when the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle directly in front of it, according to eyewitnesses.
