Allen Brown II Brings Aubrey’s Magic Alley to Life

Family-friendly theater has long served as a powerful medium for storytelling, and director Allen Brown II is preparing to deliver an experience that entertains while inspiring audiences of all ages. Through LLOID MEDIA, Brown brings Fang Jackson’s Aubrey’s Magic Alley to the stage on August 20, 2026, inviting audiences into a world where imagination, resilience, and community become the greatest superpowers.

Set to premiere at The Kult LA in Downtown Los Angeles, the production combines live theater with dance, martial arts, music, and uplifting storytelling to create an immersive experience that speaks to children, families, educators, and anyone who believes in the transformative power of hope.

A Story of Courage in Unexpected Places

At the heart of Aubrey’s Magic Alley is Aubrey, portrayed by Legianna Tran, an imaginative 11-year-old girl navigating life in foster care within an underserved inner-city neighborhood. Rather than allowing hardship to define her future, Aubrey discovers the power of optimism by transforming the alley behind her home into a magical sanctuary. Alongside friends and mentors, she confronts Smog Hog, played by Trace Fukuhara, whose presence symbolizes obstacles faced by underserved communities.
