SummaryA new custom model replicates a corner slice of tiramisu served on a round plate with chocolate ornamentsThe dessert build is constructed in a nearly one-to-one scale utilizing exactly 1106 piecesHidden structural details include blueberries crafted from purple astronaut helmets and a raspberry made from a red clown hairpieceAdult LEGO fans and culinary enthusiasts have a new conceptual build to examine with the introduction of the custom Tiramisu display model. The famous Italian dessert, which traditionally translates to "pick me up," has been completely re-engineered into a highly detailed brick-built centerpiece. The proposed model consists of 1106 pieces, weighing approximately 900 grams and measuring 27 by 27 centimeters with an overall height of 12 centimeters. Designed deliberately as a corner slice to highlight its internal structure, two smoothly cut sides reveal a layered cross-section of cream and savoiardi ladyfingers. Meanwhile, the exterior surfaces display the ladyfingers as three-dimensional rounded shapes partially covered with flowing cream. The design also introduces a playful element via a floating fork holding a freshly cut bite, which is propped up by a transparent support brick. To achieve a natural texture, the cocoa topping utilizes a variety of small elements. The creator also incorporated inventive part usage throughout the build, repurposing purple astronaut helmets to represent blueberries and a red clown hairpiece to create a raspberry. The complete setup, featuring the dessert, plate, fork, and elegant chocolate decorations, is positioned as an ideal display piece for a kitchen, café, or living room environment.Check out the build and show your support over at LEGO IDEAS.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
